By accessing or using Visiblr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Visiblr is a Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform that allows agencies and brands to monitor AI engine visibility, track competitor mentions, generate reports, and receive optimization recommendations. Features and pricing are subject to the plan selected at time of registration.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Visiblr reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms.
Visiblr offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Visiblr may offer free trials of paid plans. At the end of the trial period, you will be automatically charged for the selected plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is limited to new accounts and may not be combined with other offers.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include scraping or reverse-engineering the platform, submitting false or misleading data, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or interfering with other users' access. Visiblr reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, design, text, and graphics — are owned by Visiblr and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Visiblr does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Visiblr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
