When you use Visiblr, you may submit brand names, URLs, competitor names, and custom prompts to be queried against AI engines. This data is used solely to provide the Service and generate reports on your behalf. We do not sell or share this data with third parties for advertising purposes.
Visiblr queries third-party AI engines including OpenAI (ChatGPT), Perplexity, Google Gemini, Anthropic (Claude), and SerpAPI (AI Overviews) on your behalf. Queries sent to these services are subject to each provider's privacy policy. We transmit only the minimum data necessary to perform the requested queries.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with vendors, consultants, and service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, hosting, analytics). We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of Visiblr and its users.
We retain your account information and scan data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at privacy@getvisiblr.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
